Commercial Sales

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work as a sole point of contact with general contractors, developers, architects, designers, facilities managers, and various end users on their commercial flooring and tile projects
  • Help clients with selection & planning, estimating & pricing, product specification, and value engineering for complex projects
  • Put together detailed bid proposals under tight time frame windows
  • Interface with various other team members throughout the course of a project to insure a successful installation
  • Continually develop and maintain multi million dollars in project backlog for the firm

  • Must have business to business sales experience, not necessarily in the construction industry
  • Bachelors degree (BS or BA) from a four year college
