Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will work on a sales team to facilitate commercial projects from start to finish.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reading job schedules and coordinating with Buyers for timely receipt of material
  • Preparing work-orders for the warehouse/installation department
  • Working with CB Field Supervisors to resolve job-site issues
  • Communicating with customers to resolve issues that may arise
  • Processing change-orders
  • Assisting with AIA progress billing

Qualities we are looking for include:

  • Construction/flooring experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
  • Detail oriented, organized and neat
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Plus, as an added bonus, CB Flooring practices “Summer Fridays”, which means the Company closes at 2PM on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
